Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
By placing an order, uploading 3D files (e.g., STL, OBJ, STEP), or requesting a quote through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Customer Ownership: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all 3D designs, CAD files, and models uploaded to our platform.
Non-Infringement Warranty: By uploading a file, you warrant that you hold the legal rights, licenses, or authorization to manufacture the item, and that production will not infringe upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, or patents.
Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to decline any order that involves manufacturing illegal items, functional weapons/firearm parts, or protected proprietary designs without authorization.
Quotations: All quotes are based on the volume, complexity, selected material, and processing parameters at the time of submission.
File Inspection: We review files for manufacturability prior to production. If a design has structural flaws, thin walls, or slicing errors, we will notify you to revise the model before proceeding.
Payment Terms: Orders must be paid in full prior to the start of printing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Nature of 3D Printing: Additive manufacturing (FDM/SLA) inherent features—such as layer lines, minor visual blemishes, support structure marks, or slight color variances—are standard characteristics of the process and do not constitute defects.
Tolerances: Standard FDM printing tolerances are within ± 0.2 mm (or 0.5%, whichever is greater). SLA tolerances are within ± 0.1 mm. If your project requires ultra-strict engineering tolerances, please specify them during the quote request.
Custom Products: Because every item is custom-built to your specifications, all sales are final once printing has commenced.
Defects & Damage: If an item arrives broken, significantly out of tolerance, or incorrect due to our error, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery with photos for a replacement or store credit.
Items manufactured by us are intended solely for the uses specified by the client. We are not liable for secondary damages, structural failures, or misuse of custom-printed parts, especially when used in high-risk, load-bearing, or medical applications.
